We believe that sustainable and responsibly grown food tastes better. Our kitchen uses the freshest local and regional produce, celebrating the very best of Yorkshire.
In time, we’ll use the farms and walled garden at Denton Reserve to grow more produce directly – realising our ambition of turning food miles into food metres.

The Penny Bun is part of Denton Reserve – a purpose-led project combatting climate change through carbon capture, improving biodiversity and sustainable food production.
The Hall at Denton Reserve has been thoughtfully restored and is now available to book for staycations, celebrations, weddings & corporate events.
Guests can explore all 2,500 acres, enjoying nature and wellbeing-inspired activities and getting up close to projects like agroforestry, foraging and rewilding.
