Chef's notes:

Onglet, also known as hanger steak, is often called "butcher's steak" because butchers would traditionally keep this cut for themselves due to its rich flavour and tender texture, rather than selling it to customers. It's a lesser-known cut, but prized by those in the know for its intense, meaty taste.

We also have a selection of delicious sides to accompany it, and we recommend a pint of local ale or a glass of red to wash it down with.

Using produce from Denton Reserve and heritage breeds, our pies are handmade by our chefs. 

A range of local beers are available on cask and keg.
